Renee Geiger Adopts Greyhounds, Avid Tennis Player
Renee Geiger's original roots are from Clinton, Mississippi where she was raised with deep southern traditions and a love of southern food with a Cajun flair. Thanks to the United States Air Force, Renee enjoyed living in Misawa, Japan and traveling abroad as an avionics technician with the F-16 Fighting Falcons.
Renee earned her degree at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1998. Armed with a Bachelor's degree, Renee entered in to the field of environmental consulting which opened the door to the field of real estate through commercial environmental assessments. In 2001 Renee officially entered the business of real estate and has been an active Realtor in commercial and residential real estate over the years. In 2005, she broadened her scope and got into the insurance risk inspection business with partner Karen Court of Florida Beach Life, Inc. This business venture includes exterior home observations, interior inspections, four point inspections and bank owned property condition reports.
Renee's hobbies include tennis, bicycle riding, kayaking, walking her greyhounds, local restaurants, and just lounging on the beach meeting new friends. According to her, finding Satellite Beach was one of the best things to happen in her life. The people here really do enjoy the Florida Beach Life and it shows. Karen Court
Karen is one of the rare natives of Florida. She was raised in the country outside of Orlando, riding horses and having family weekends at the beach. She went to college in Atlanta. There she found a love for the finer things in life, such as wine tastings, gourmet cooking, fashion shows, theatre and art exhibits. Karen moved back to Orlando to get involved with the openings of all the new parks. She ran the scenic crews on such jobs as Disney's Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure, Sea World Discovery Cove and many resorts and parks across the country.
After moving to Satellite Beach in 2000 with her family, including their three adopted greyhounds, she has worked as a construction coordinator, with clients in real estate and currently performs insurance risk inspections including exterior observations, four point inspections, bank owned property condition reports, and interior content upgrade inspections.
Karen’s hobbies include; cycling, kayaking, gardening with beautiful tropical plants, and just taking in the awesome sunrise at Pelican Park that changes the color of the ocean at just the right moment.
